Can I change my password at any time?

You can change your password whenever you want, just login to your account and follow the steps below.

This process takes place exclusively in your account's logged area.

For Simple Accounts Click on the user icon and select the Change password option under Settings.

Then click Continue to receive the confirmation code in your registration email.

Then, create a new password, following the security rules and to finish, enter the confirmation code and that's it!

The next step is to log back into your account using the new password you just created.

For Verified Accounts: 🤳 Every sensitive action on Verified Accounts is completed with a security selfie taken in our app! Click on the user icon and select the Change password option under Settings.

Then click Continue to receive the confirmation code in your registration email.
