Digitra.com Announces the Closure of Its Trading and Custody Platform
To the Digitra community,

Thank you for the trust you have placed in Digitra.com over the years.
Since our founding, we have had the privilege of taking part in the evolution of the digital asset market alongside our clients, partners, and team. We are proud of this journey and of the people who built it with us.
This closure affects the platform as a whole, including clients outside Brazil. In November 2025, Brazil's Central Bank (Banco Central do Brasil) published Resoluções BCB nº 519, 520, and 521, which introduced a requirement for prior Central Bank authorization to operate a virtual asset service provider in Brazil. These rules took effect on February 2, 2026, and set a deadline of October 30, 2026, for existing companies to file for authorization.
After evaluating the available options, Digitra.com has decided not to apply for this authorization. As a result, the company is closing down its trading and custody operations in an orderly manner, the platform itself is shutting down, not only its Brazilian operations. This means the schedule and steps below apply to all Digitra.com clients, wherever they are located.
Throughout the transition period, client balances and assets will remain subject to the same operational and security procedures Digitra.com has always followed, until they are withdrawn.
Below is the closure schedule, with successive stages for shutting down platform functionality. Please pay particular attention to the final deadline for withdrawing custodied assets: September 21, 2026.
Closure Schedule

Each date marks the last day that functionality will be available.
We recommend making your withdrawals and transfers well ahead of each deadline, without leaving them for the last few days of any phase. Request volumes tend to concentrate near each cutoff, which can extend processing times.
Important: Based on what has happened on other platforms that recently shut down, liquidity tends to drop significantly as closure approaches. If you plan to trade your balances, we recommend using limit orders, or trading on another platform, so your execution price stays in line with the market.
What You Should Do Now
We recommend following these steps, in order, and not leaving any of them for the last few days:
1. Check your account status. Clients with pending registration or identity verification issues should resolve them immediately. This is a condition for withdrawing within the scheduled deadlines. If you can't access your account or have lost access to your two-factor authentication, contact support via the app or website immediately.
2. Review your balances and open orders. Check all assets in your account, including smaller positions. Cancel or complete any pending orders by September 8, 2026.
3. Decide your withdrawal strategy. You can transfer your crypto assets directly to a wallet you own, or to any exchange of your choice, until September 21, 2026; or sell them while trading remains available, until September 8, 2026, and withdraw the resulting balance until October 19, 2026. Digitra.com does not have a specific exchange partner to recommend to international clients, you're free to choose any destination that supports the relevant assets and networks.
4. Confirm the network before every withdrawal. Before confirming any transfer, check that the blockchain network you select is compatible with the destination wallet or exchange. Sending to an incompatible network can result in permanent loss of funds. For larger transfers, consider sending a small test amount first.
5. Download your transaction history. Your history and tax-relevant reports will remain available until October 30, 2026. Starting August 26, 2026, the Digitra.com app will offer a direct download button for your transaction history. Watch the app for updates.
6. Complete your withdrawals early. Withdraw your crypto assets by September 21, 2026, and any converted balance by October 19, 2026. Any crypto balances still on the platform as of September 22, 2026, will be automatically converted to USDT.
What Happens to Assets Not Withdrawn by September 21, 2026
We strongly recommend withdrawing all your assets within the deadline.
Under Central Bank regulation, Digitra.com will not be able to continue holding client virtual assets after October 30, 2026. Any crypto assets still on the platform after September 21, 2026, will be subject to compulsory liquidation.
Starting September 22, 2026, these assets will be automatically converted to USDT, based on market conditions at the time of the conversion. The resulting balance will be available for withdrawal until October 19, 2026.
Compulsory liquidation is an automatic process: you cannot choose the timing of the conversion or the execution price. Withdrawing on your own, within the deadline, is always the recommended approach.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. What's happening with Digitra.com?
Digitra.com has decided not to apply for authorization to operate as a virtual asset service provider under Brazil's Central Bank regulation, and will begin an orderly shutdown of its trading and custody operations. This is a full platform closure, not limited to Brazilian operations, and it will happen in stages so all clients — wherever located — have time to withdraw their balances.
2. Are my assets safe during the transition?
Yes. Client assets and balances remain subject to the same operational and security procedures Digitra.com has always used, until you withdraw them. The schedule was designed to give you time to withdraw within the stated deadlines.
3. How can I avoid scams during the transition?
Digitra.com will never ask for your password, authentication codes, or private keys, nor ask you to transfer funds for any supposed security procedure. Use only official channels, and be cautious of messages received via social media, apps, or unverified emails.
4. Until when can I trade and withdraw my crypto assets?
Trading (buy and sell orders) will remain available until September 8, 2026. Crypto withdrawals will remain available until September 21, 2026. Assets not withdrawn by that date will be subject to compulsory liquidation.
5. Can I transfer my crypto assets to a personal wallet or another exchange?
Yes. While withdrawals remain active, until September 21, 2026, you can transfer your assets to a wallet you own or to any other exchange that supports the relevant assets and networks. Digitra.com does not have a specific partner exchange to recommend to international clients — the choice of destination is entirely yours.
6. Do I need to convert my crypto assets to cash before withdrawing?
Not necessarily. Within the stated windows, you can withdraw your crypto assets directly to your own wallet, or sell them while trading remains available and withdraw the resulting balance.
7. What happens to assets I don't withdraw by September 21, 2026?
We strongly recommend withdrawing all assets within the deadline. Any crypto assets remaining on Digitra.com after September 21, 2026, will go through compulsory liquidation and be automatically converted to USDT, based on market conditions at the time of conversion.
8. What does "compulsory liquidation" mean?
It's the process by which the platform automatically converts any digital assets still held in custody after the crypto withdrawal window closes. This is necessary because, starting October 30, 2026, Digitra.com will no longer be able to hold client virtual assets.
9. What price will be used for the compulsory liquidation?
The liquidation will take place based on prevailing market conditions at the time the liquidation is executed.
10. Will I be able to choose when the compulsory liquidation happens?
No. Starting with the liquidation phase on September 22, 2026, remaining assets will be processed automatically by the system.
11. Could the compulsory liquidation happen in stages or as a single transaction?
The process may follow operational criteria set by the platform, depending on market conditions and the assets involved.
12. Will fees apply to the compulsory liquidation?
Yes. These liquidations will take place on third-party platforms chosen by Digitra.com, based on market conditions, and their trading fees will be passed on to clients.
13. Will I be notified before my assets are liquidated?
Digitra.com may issue additional communications through its official channels before the liquidation process is executed.
14. What if my token doesn't have enough liquidity to be converted automatically?
During the conversion of remaining assets, the platform will carry this out in stages, according to market liquidity conditions, using the average execution price for each stage. Digitra.com will take the steps necessary to run this process in an organized, transparent, and equitable way for all clients.
15. How and until when can I withdraw my converted balance?
Balances resulting from compulsory conversion are expected to remain available for withdrawal until October 19, 2026.
16. Will fees apply during the process in general?
Yes, trading and withdrawal fees will continue to apply as usual, under current rules, until the platform closes.
17. Can I withdraw to an account that isn't mine?
No. Withdrawals can only be made to accounts held in the client's own name.
18. I'm an international client — how do I receive the USDT from the conversion?
While withdrawals remain active, until September 21, 2026, international clients can transfer their assets to a wallet they own or to another platform that supports the relevant assets and networks.
19. How do I get my transaction history for tax purposes?
Starting August 26, 2026, the Digitra.com app will offer a direct download button for your transaction history. Your transaction history will remain available throughout the transition, until October 30, 2026. We recommend downloading and keeping your records well ahead of that date. A direct download button for your transaction history will be available in the app starting August 26, 2026.
20. How do I report these transactions for tax purposes?
Digitra.com provides transaction reports but does not offer tax advice. We recommend consulting an accountant or qualified tax professional in your jurisdiction regarding how to report this activity.
21. I have a pending identity verification. Can I still withdraw?
Clients with pending registration or verification issues should resolve them as soon as possible, since this is a condition for withdrawing within the scheduled deadlines.
22. I lost access to my account or my two-factor authentication. What do I do?
Contact support immediately. Account recovery can take a few days and must be completed in order to withdraw within the scheduled deadlines.
23. What happens to the DGTA token?
DGTA is a token issued by Digitra.com and recorded on-chain independently of the platform. Once operations close, Digitra.com will stop maintaining a trading venue for DGTA and will not act as a market maker.
Holders can withdraw DGTA to an external wallet they own until September 21, 2026. Digitra.com makes no guarantee regarding the existence of a market, liquidity, or value for DGTA after closure — the token continues to exist independently on-chain, and any trading between third parties happens at their own risk.
24. Will DGTA that isn't withdrawn be converted in the compulsory liquidation?
Yes, though this will depend on the liquidity available through Digitra.com or decentralized exchanges.
25. How do I contact Digitra.com during this process?
Official support channels will remain available throughout the transition.
Please use only these channels and be cautious of contact from third parties:
- Website

Until October 30, 2026, history will be accessible normally through the platform.
