How to cancel my account?

Make sure your wallet will not receive cryptocurrencies before completing the procedure. Digital currency transactions cannot be canceled or reversed!**

Canceling your Digitra.com account must be done via the Customer Support chat therefore:

1. Login to your account;
2. Click in the User icon;
3. Click on the Support to open the chat window and send us a message regarding the cancellation of your account.
