I forgot my password and I can't login

Create a new password to access your Digitra.com account again.

Fill in the fields carefully so as not to miss any data

For Simple Accounts: On the Digitra.com login screen, click on Forgot my password.

First, enter your registration e-mail.

Then click Continue to receive the confirmation code in your registration email.

Now, Create a new password. (Never share it with nobody!)

To finish it, enter the confirmation code.

All done.

For Verified Accounts: 🤳 Every sensitive action on Verified Accounts is completed with a security selfie taken in our app! On the Digitra.com login screen, click on Forgot my password.
