MATIC is now POL: Digitra.com Supports Token Migration
Understand how MATIC to POL migration will take place on Digitra.com.
The MATIC token from Polygon has now become POL. This change was made by Polygon's developers to enhance the token's utility and expand the network’s layer-two solutions. The migration was carried out automatically at a 1:1 ratio, meaning for every MATIC, you now have a POL on the blockchain.
This change is still being implemented on trading platforms, which need to adjust their systems. At Digitra.com, we ensure the automatic migration of our customers' tokens. You don't need to do anything — your MATIC tokens will be swapped for POL without any buying or selling required.

When does the migration happen?
The migration from MATIC to POL will take place on September 16, starting at 10 a.m. The process may take a few hours to complete.
What do you need to do before the migration?
- There’s no need to sell or withdrawal your MATIC tokens — just keep them in your wallet.
- If you want to trade MATIC on the platform, you can continue as usual. After the migration, your tokens will automatically be swapped for POL. If you have MATIC on another platform that doesn’t support the migration, transfer them to Digitra.com, and we’ll handle the conversion to POL on the 16th.
How does the migration work?
On the 16th, your MATIC balance will be converted to POL at a 1:1 ratio. For example, if you have 10 MATIC, they will be swapped for 10 POL. During the migration process, your MATIC balance may be temporarily unavailable until it's completed.
Key details:
Deposits
MATIC will be replaced by POL in the deposit token list, but the deposit address will remain the same.
Currency pairs
MATIC/BRL and MATIC/USDT pairs will no longer be available and will be replaced by POL/BRL and POL/USDT.
Open orders
All open MATIC orders will be canceled during the migration. You must reopen them with POL if you want to maintain these orders and earn from the Liquidity Provider.
Withdrawals
MATIC will be removed from the withdrawal section and replaced by POL. Make sure to check the destination wallet carefully before making withdrawals.
Fees
Trading and withdrawal fees remain unchanged after the migration. Check our fee policy here.
