Digitra.com Enables DOGS Token Deposits, a Telegram-Based Memecoin

DOGS Token Already Boasts 42 Million Wallets, Trading to Begin Globally Next Week.

Brazilian cryptocurrency exchange Digitra.com has announced today (16th) the availability of deposits for the new memecoin DOGS, allowing users to store tokens they received from the airdrop. This move aligns with global exchanges like Bybit and OKX, which are also supporting DOGS.

DOGS is inspired by Spotty, the unofficial mascot of VK, a popular social network in Russia, created by Pavel Durov, who is also the founder of Telegram and The Open Network (TON). With the launch of DOGS, TON enters the memecoin craze and strengthens its community network.

Starting next Monday (26th), DOGS will also be available for trading on Digitra.com, with pairs in USDT and Brazilian Real (BRL). The exchange's programs, such as Liquidity Provider and Crypto Dividends, will also be available for this cryptocurrency, allowing users to earn more DOGS through deposits and trading.

"We listed DOGS because we've observed the persistent trend of memecoins since we began operations. Dogecoin and Shibacoin are examples that now rank among the top 20 cryptocurrencies in the market, and DOGS is promising enough to potentially join this group," said Rodrigo Batista, founder and CEO of Digitra.com.

Memecoins are cryptocurrencies based on internet memes. In the case of DOGS, the token was created on the TON network, which garnered attention in August after announcing blockchain-based gaming projects.

"Investing in memecoins involves a high level of risk, and it’s not advisable for anyone to allocate a significant portion of their savings to them. However, the decision on how much risk to take remains up to the clients," Batista emphasized.

DOGS joins over 30 other cryptocurrencies already listed on Digitra.com, a platform created by Rodrigo Batista and launched in 2022. Rodrigo was the founder of Mercado Bitcoin, which he sold in 2019.
